Position Summary
Videri is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive new logo acquisition across key verticals, including retail, food & beverage, and financial services. This role focuses on securing new business while collaborating with existing channel partners to deliver impactful, scalable projects. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close, and work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff and execution.
This role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development

Identify and secure new business opportunities within targeted sectors (retail, food & beverage, financial services).

Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closing.

Build and nurture relationships with senior-level decision-makers and stakeholders.

Develop and execute effective sales strategies that showcase Videri’s value proposition.

Maintain and manage a robust pipeline in Salesforce; deliver accurate forecasts and achieve sales targets.

Provide relevant market and client insights to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
Channel Sales Collaboration (Existing Partners Only)

Partner with existing channel partners to uncover and close new sales opportunities.

Collaborate on joint account planning, target identification, and solution delivery.

Maintain strong working relationships with partner account managers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution.

Participate in strategic conversations with partners’ sales teams to support co-selling and positioning of Videri solutions.

Offer guidance through the sales process while respecting partner ownership of the account relationship.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to share feedback and enhance the product roadmap.

Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth post-sale handoff and client onboarding.

Maintain high standards of reporting and documentation in Salesforce and other sales tools.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital signage or a related technology/solutions industry.

Demonstrated success in closing complex deals and working collaboratively with channel partners.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Highly motivated, self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Experience with Salesforce CRM and sales forecasting tools.

Ability to travel up to 25%.

Strong understanding of the retail, F&B, and financial services sectors preferred.
