WORK YOU’LL DO Accenture Infrastructure Services professionals work as part of diverse teams with deep skillsets to advise and operate client systems in partnership with industry partners. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endpoint Management Tower Lead to oversee the delivery of Infra Managed Services within the workplace services domain. In this role, you will manage a team responsible for delivering key workplace services, including desk-side support, O365 operations, Intune, Defender, Cisco AMP, and VDI solutions (Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365). You will also act as the primary liaison with client stakeholders, ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of workplace services, including desk-side support, O365 operations (legacy SharePoint and hybrid Exchange), Intune, Defender, Cisco AMP, VDI solutions.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 4 direct reports who lead technical teams and handle day-to-day BAU (Business-As-Usual) activities for each squad.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Staff Forecasting and Financial Planning: Develop and manage staff forecasting and financial plans to ensure efficient resource allocation and budget adherence.
- Project and Lead Generation: Identify and drive new leads and project opportunities to support business growth.
- Capacity Planning and Backlog Grooming: Ensure effective capacity planning and backlog grooming to meet service delivery goals and client expectations.
- Advisory Services: Provide strategic advisory support to client stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to enhance service delivery.
- Mentorship: Mentor and guide team leads, fostering professional growth and development within the team.
- The role is required to work onsite typically 3 days a week
- Travel may be required for this role depending on business need and client requirements. Basic Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the workplace services domain
- Experience managing Infra Managed Services delivery
- Strong technical knowledge of O365 operations, Intune, Defender, Cisco AMP, and Azure Virtual Desktop solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams, with experience overseeing direct reports.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong financial planning, capacity planning, and project management skills.
- Ability to identify and drive new business opportunities.
- Experience in backlog grooming and capacity planning is a plus.
- Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance Status Preferred Qualifications:- Leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Fluency in French and English
