Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing them with necessary information and assistance.
- Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to address inquiries or direct calls as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.
- Manage office correspondence, including filing documents and maintaining an efficient filing system.
- Assist with clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks related to client billing and office expenses.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a professional atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to support overall office operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role is preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills, including typing and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
