Our team at Robin’s Donuts is currently looking for someone to be part of our Management Team at our Ken's Corner location!
Assisted Responsibilities:
- Training and supervising staff
- Address customer’s concerns and/or complaints
- Maintain safe working conditions for staff and ensure food safety protocols are met
- Provide a high level of accuracy when completing cash sheets, handling cash, deposits, products and equipment
- Ensure that all stocks and supplies are requested in a timely fashion so that correct stock levels are maintained
- Other supervisor duties as required
Management Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a supervisory role is preferred
- Fast food experience is an asset
- Solution focused individual who thrives in a fast paced work environment
- Experience in all aspects of customer service and staff management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team
- Strong working knowledge of the customer service industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to supervise employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling
- Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
