About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Labourer to join our team. As a Property Maintenance Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial property maintenance team.
Our commercial operations provide a diverse range of services to our clients, including asphalt & concrete repair, landscaping, landscape maintenance, pressure washing, street sweeping and much more.
We are looking for reliable, positive, hard-working and detail oriented individuals.
Job Description:

Report to our shop in Acheson where we take company trucks to our various sites across the Edmonton Area.

Complete property maintenance tasks including but not limited to site cleanup, landscaping, lawn care, pressure washing, etc

Manual labor including shoveling, sweeping, raking, etc.; as well as operation of various power tools as required.

Equipment Operation: Operate property maintenance equipment such as: Blowpacks, Lawn Mowers, Line Trimmers, Pressure Washers, etc

Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.

Work collaboratively with the construction team, including contractors, supervisors, and fellow labourers, to ensure efficient project completion.

Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of construction equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education.

Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field is preferred.

Proficiency in using basic hand tools and property maintenance equipment.

Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Basic understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Clean Driver’s abstract with trailer experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.50 per hour
