Responsibilities -
- Greet customers during consultations and draw up appropriate treatment plans;
- Follow up on customer consultations;
- Ensure customer satisfaction;
- Make product sales to support customers in their medical process;
- Schedule appointments and drop off customers following consultations;
- Prepare consultation statistics report for management; Make yourself available to help the clinic with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications -
- Knowledge of medical aesthetic care;
- Sales experience required;
- Diploma in aesthetics (an asset);
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Customer-oriented with a focus on results;
- Integrity, discretion and sense of ethics;
- Autonomy, initiative and flexibility appreciated.
