Like many organizations, YRCAS has embraced the challenges related to ensuring that our values of equity and inclusion are realized in our everyday activities, policies and processes. The changing demographics of our country highlight the need for more diverse approaches to governance that stimulate dialogue and innovation, improve strategic thinking and decision making, expand networks of dedicated talent, and help organizations better align themselves with the communities they serve.
