Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Insights, the Senior Analyst will lead cross-functional analytics projects and serve as a strategic partner to McKesson Specialty Health (MSH) business lines. This role focuses on delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enhancing value for McKesson and its customers.
Location : 2300 Meadowvale Blvd, Mississauga, ON
Work Arrangement : This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to work on-site at least 2 days per week at our designated office location. The remaining days may be worked remotely, subject to team and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and manage analytical models, dashboards, and data products.
- Translate business needs into data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Lead end-to-end analytics for assigned customer groups.
- Conduct statistical analyses to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Identify and support AI/ML use cases in collaboration with advanced analytics teams.
- Create compelling visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Act as a subject matter expert and insight partner to senior leadership.
- Support business development through product demos and RFPs.
- Mentor analysts and promote best practices in analytics and communication.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure user-friendly data interfaces.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years in data analysis, with a focus on customer-facing insights.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and MS Office.
Key Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage complex projects independently.
- Passionate about continuous learning and process improvement.
- Experience in Python/R/SAS is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
- Experience with predictive modeling and large datasets.
- Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare and biopharma landscape is a plus.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position $89,700 - $149,500
