Data Entry Clerk

Edmonton | On-Site | 2–3 Days/Week (Permanent, Part-Time potential for Full-Time after 3 months)

We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our accounting team with high-volume data entry and reporting tasks. This is a part-time, on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys repetitive work and has strong data entry skills.

This role is being created to take over the administrative and data entry tasks currently managed by our Controller. The focus is on accuracy, consistency, and independent task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Perform timely and accurate data entry into our accounting software (Sage 300)

·      Support regular reporting and reconciliations, as assigned

·      Enter data into Excel and PowerQuery

·      Assist with general administrative tasks for the accounting team

What We’re Looking For:

·      1+ year of experience in an office or admin role

·      Strong Excel skills (PowerQuery is a bonus)

·      Familiarity with accounting platforms is an asset, but not required

·      Someone comfortable with repetitive, task-based work

·      Able to work independently, take direction, and ask questions when needed

Position Details (Internal Summary)

·      Title: Part-Time Data Entry & Office Support

·      Location: On-site in Edmonton west

·      Schedule: 2–3 weekdays per week (approx. 15–22.5 hours/week)

·      Hourly Rate: $22–$23/hour, depending on experience and Excel proficiency
