Position Status: 1 Position - Temporary Full-Time – 4 Month Contract
Available: September 2025
Description Of The Position As a member of the Segment & Product Marketing team, you will be supporting initiatives that engage donors and drive revenue across several program areas, including Legacy Giving, Get Better Gifts, Holiday Cards, Weddings & Special Occasions, and other donor marketing initiatives.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in integrated marketing campaigns, donor engagement, and campaign operations within a purpose-driven, high-performing team.
You Will
- Assist with the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, direct mail, digital, and social media
- Support the development of campaign materials such as briefs, timelines, creative decks, and status trackers
- Help coordinate and compile internal feedback and approvals for marketing assets
- Support website and product updates across key programs (e.g., Get Better Gifts, Holiday Cards)
- Assist with campaign performance tracking, reporting and post-campaign summaries
- Manage basic administrative tasks including trafficking campaign assets, invoice processing, and file management
- Contribute to research and ideation for upcoming campaigns and marketing opportunities
- Attend team meetings and cross-functional working sessions to learn and collaborate
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- A strong interest in marketing, donor engagement, and working in the not-for-profit sector
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools; experience with CRM platforms, Websites, Shopify or GenAI for business purposes, or marketing software is a bonus
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
