In the role of Senior Administrative Assistant, Business Operations, your responsibilities will include: Project Coordination and Support to Acquisitions and Integrations(A&I) Team:
- Operates as a primary team member of the A&I team focused on the Due Diligence processes, within the full acquisition and integration lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, with a strong track record of supporting the development and execution of project plans within established timelines and budgets.
- Experienced in contributing to work plan creation, defining priorities and milestones, and providing accurate progress reports.
- Understanding stakeholder requirements and expectations while ensuring appropriate timelines are set and met.
- Responsible for meeting coordination, draft agenda, minutes, follow up for carry forward items, and related communications.
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation, presentations and best practice guidelines.
- Developing best practices and process improvements as the team continues to evolve.
Administrative Support to the Business Operations Team:
- Work alongside the Business Operations team to proactively support their day-to-day needs, including scheduling meetings and follow-up on actions items.
- Schedules meetings and co-ordinate meeting cadence on behalf of the Business Operations teams.
- Attend meetings and organize agendas.
- Monitor shared email inboxes and calendars to ensure timely communication, responses and assignment of tasks.
- Prepare, draft, edit and format letters, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other correspondence using Microsoft Applications Suite.
- Assist the team in a variety of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc tasks.

- Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in relevant responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Administration and Coordination roles, etc.
- Post-secondary education in Administration, Business, or another relevant field.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Applications Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with a professional services firm would be an asset.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to synthesize data and to summarize it in meaningful ways
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions in the firm.
- Intellectual curiosity drives you to look further, broader, and deeper to understand a problem or opportunity from multiple perspectives.
- Thinks innovatively, exercises sound judgment and demonstrates adaptability to interact with a diverse team of people and projects.
- Capable of dealing with sensitive information in a confidential and professional manner.
