Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels.
• Follow food safety and handling guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Clean kitchen equipment and utensils after use to maintain hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Must be able to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety protocols in the kitchen.
