Are you passionate about leading a dynamic team and driving sales success? The Mobile Shop is looking for an Acting Store manager to support and elevate our team of Mobilists. As passionate advocates representing leading brands, including Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Chatr, Lucky and PC Mobile, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Canadians with the latest innovations in telecommunications all while having fun and earning an exceptional commission from your sales.

This is a temporary leadership opportunity where you will begin as an Acting Store Manager for approximately 2 months, after which you will transition into a Mobilist (Sales Associate) role.

A Day in the Life at the Mobile Shop as an Acting Store Manager:

• Leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Actively participating in engaging customers in sales activities as a part of your daily responsibilities.
• Providing ongoing training, coaching and development to Wireless Sales Representatives to improve their skills, product knowledge and customer service abilities.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
• Ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Overseeing inventory levels and implementing a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
• Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Adhering to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labour costs and financial performance.
• Ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.
