Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Triple O's Restaurants. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest receives exceptional service while enjoying our delicious offerings. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to all guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with sales transactions, including upselling menu items when appropriate.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Perform data entry tasks related to customer orders and feedback.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingualism (English/Spanish) is an asset.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling strategies, is beneficial.

Pay: $17.85-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
