Job Title: SAP BP/SD Consultant
Location: Remote , Canada
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP BP/SD Functional Consultant to join our client's S/4HANA implementation project. The consultant will lead blueprinting, data migration, and process optimization for Sales & Distribution (SD) and Business Partner (BP) modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business workshops and blueprinting sessions for SAP SD/BP implementation.
- Analyze legacy systems and data for migration readiness and quality.
- Review and validate submitted load files, test data quality, and lead user testing and sign-off.
- Define transformation logic and field mapping for SAP BODS / ADM tools.
- Identify and resolve issues like data duplication and load errors.
- Create functional documentation including data mapping, migration specs, and load rules.
- Collaborate with technical teams on solution realization, troubleshooting, and deployment.
- Support project planning, load scheduling, and cutover activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Business Partner (BP) implementations or rollouts.
- 1–2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts .
- Deep expertise in data migration of SD/BP master and transactional data including:
- Customer Master (BP)
- Routes and Route Determination
- Pricing Conditions and Rebates
- Customer Credit Data
- Customer-Material Info Records
- Hands-on experience writing functional specs for data migration and working with BODS/ADM teams.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end SD processes and data integration.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
