We have a great opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Pre-owned Sales Floor Manager to join our passionate team at Winnipeg Honda here at the Waverley Auto Mall. As a Pre-owned Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for
overseeing all aspects of the pre-owned
car sales process, including inventory management, pricing strategy, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive market, excellent communication and sales skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

After the initial 90 days, success will mean having the ability and skills to maximize the dealerships potential through inventory control, accurate appraisals, and optimizing online presence, coupled with the ability to train product advisors on how to sell and develop value in pre-owned vehicles.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and targets

  • Continuous training with sales staff on selling best practices and inventory knowledge

  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure vehicles are market-ready to achieve monthly pre-owned car sales targets.

  • Fully own the appraisal process and work with the central pre-owned vehicle team to ensure customer is given the best possible number for their trade

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes through various platforms. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed in partnership with General Manager and Pre-owned Sales team

  • Dispose of wholesale vehicles via online portals/Adesa/E-block etc while maximizing profits and minimizing losses

  • Proficient in UCD software, and able to show your team and sales managers best utilization practices

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of
    pre-owned automotive sales experience

  • Valid Driver’s License with the ability to drive manual transmissions

  • Highly knowledgeable on the appraisal process and can work with multiple teams across the dealership

  • Detail Oriented

  • Have strong organizational and prioritization skill with the ability to multi-task

  • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.

  • Be self-motivated with initiative and work under minimal supervision
