Our Sales team plays a critical role in driving growth and delivering value to our customers. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Vice President of Sales in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As the Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales, you will be a trusted partner, enabling the VP to operate at maximum efficiency. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, communication, and scheduling while keeping an eye on key priorities and deadlines. This role requires discretion, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of Sales
• Manage and optimize complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
• Prepare, edit, and manage reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Track sales initiatives, deadlines, and action items; assist with follow-ups
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of the VP
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Support planning and coordination of sales team events, meetings, and off-sites
• Assist with CRM data entry, pipeline tracking, and sales reporting (as needed)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior sales leadership
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
