We’re seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or a physiotherapist/occupational therapist actively working toward certification (minimum of 18 months of clinical experience). As a physio-owned, one-on-one care clinic, we offer high-quality, individualized care in a bright, modern space – steps from the Fraser River.

Who You Are:
- A licensed physiotherapist or occupational therapist in BC
- Experienced (18+ months of clinical practice) and passionate about hand therapy
- Either a Certified Hand Therapist or actively working toward CHT eligibility
- Collaborative, driven, and committed to continuous learning

All treatments, consultations and workshops are individually tailored to meet your needs. Treatments are performed in a one-to-one setting in private treatment rooms. This means that you have the physiotherapist's undivided attention for the length of your session because you value your time and so do we. Maximizing on quality treatment time cuts down on repeated visits and you will be empowered to carry forth your program independently. One-to-one type of therapy is ideal for athletes of all levels, children and adolescents, pre- and post-natal women, seniors who don't want to be rushed and anyone else who values focused time with their health professional.
Each physiotherapist will have extensive post graduate training and experience in a variety of areas so that they will be well trained to treat you effectively. At Empower Physiotherapy, we take a hands-on approach to musculoskeletal injury and feel that a thorough assessment is vital in treating the cause rather than the symptom of any type of injury. Our treatment philosophy is based on exceptional assessment skills, manual therapy and tailored exercise. We look at the whole body when dealing with pain in the extremities because all parts of your body are connected. Our aim is to educate you and the community in a friendly and professional atmosphere.
