About the role
Experience Level: [Mid / Senior]
We are looking for someone with strong experience in CCH Tagetik to help deliver best-in-class financial consolidation, budgeting, and planning solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end Tagetik implementations —from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Customize Tagetik modules for:
- Financial Consolidation
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Work closely with finance teams to design workflows, data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Configuring intercompany elimination process and consolidation rules.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing technical support post-implementation.
- Migration, user access management and related administration process for deployment to PROD
- Integrate Tagetik with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) and other data sources, strong foundation in ETLs and integration techniques.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
- Design and building reports and data entry forms in Tagetik using advanced scripting.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CCH Tagetik as a consultant, developer, or functional specialist.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes —especially, consolidation, and close cycles
- Familiarity with data integration concepts, transformation logic, and source/target mapping.
- Strong communication skills—able to explain concepts to finance and business users.
- A problem-solver mindset with the ability to troubleshoot performance, data, or process issues.
- SQL scripting or experience with ETL tools
Other Skills (Preferred but Not Required):
- Tagetik Certification(s)
- Experience in automation and scripting within Tagetik
- Experience working in finance transformation or consulting environments
- Understanding of industry-specific reporting needs (e.g., Manufacturing, Retail etc.)
