About the role
Who is a Paint Technician?
The Paint Technician role is responsible for all aspects of paint and wall patch repair for our Clubs. This role works to ensure the best presentation of all aspects of both Member-facing and Associate areas. This role is also responsible for reporting on work progress and completion, and communicating with stakeholders across the Club Operations teams.
What will you be doing?
- Performs patch and paint service work across multiple locations.
- Utilizes maintenance software to obtain service requests
- Prioritizes work according to department mandates, plan schedule for club visits to maximize efficiency.
- Creates service requests to supplement input from Club staff to ensure all issues are tracked and repaired.
- Supports Club Design team as required to help execute on larger projects.
- Reports on work progress and completion.
- Applies service notes and costs, plus status updates to individual work orders for visibility across departments.
- Orders materials via our Purchasing team as well as through local and national vendors.
- Recognizes where extra support is needed to manage total workload, and communicates with manager to supplement with extra resources where required.
- Communicates with stakeholders within our department, and across the Company, to maintain a clear understanding of progress.
- Updates Regional Facility Managers on priorities and scheduling / external service support needs / larger issues.
- Initiates updates with Club General Managers and support staff so they have a clear picture of ongoing work.
- Works directly with Service Coordinators and Purchasers to document any needs or support required.
- Communicates with Club Design team on any signage / graphics needs to support ongoing work.
- Practices safe working habits at all times.
- Follows all health & safety best practices when carrying out service work.
- Obeys all traffic laws and practice safe and professional driving habits in company vehicles.
- Travel between multiple locations daily

Do you have what it takes?
- High school diploma
- 1 year of commercial painting experience
- Valid driver’s license
