Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support our Pricing Team in maintaining and analyzing product pricing across multiple markets. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Excel, comfortable working with large datasets, and understands ERP systems like SAP. Prior experience in costing or pricing is not mandatory but is considered an asset.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced B2B environment where pricing plays a critical role in business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and analyze pricing data to support business decisions
- Work with SAP to extract and interpret cost and pricing data
- Develop, update, and manage pricing reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Collaborate with product, sales, and finance teams to ensure pricing accuracy
- Provide insights into margin performance, pricing trends, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in setting up and updating customer price lists and internal price books
- Support price change implementations across regions and customers
- Participate in pricing process improvements and system upgrades
Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling)
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting
- Experience using Power BI or other BI tools for dashboarding/reporting
- Experience using SAP, particularly with cost tables, pricing tables, and basic navigation
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for working cross-functionally
- Prior experience in a pricing, finance, or data analytics role is an asset
- Experience in the tile, flooring, or building materials industry is a plus
- Understanding of B2B business models and processes preferred
Ideal Education:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- All work is performed in a standard office environment with limited exposure to adverse conditions or health and safety risks
- Position requires low level of sustained visual attention, moderate manual dexterity on a regular basis with sitting at length
