About the role

Tasks

  • Handle data entry, accounts payable management, and invoicing.
  • Manage maintenance contracts and price negotiations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and equipment regulations.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the plant facilities, in compliance with company policies and objectives.
  • Select preferred suppliers by negotiating terms and conditions.
  • Manage the inventory of parts.
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in administration or operations coordination.
  • College diploma (DEC).
  • Functional English proficiency (English-speaking clientele).
  • Must have a car (not accessible by public transport).
  • Knowledge of SAP is a major asset.
