As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to uphold our commitment to excellence. This role is integral to ensuring our clients receive an experience that is as smooth and high-quality as the repairs we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Efficiently schedule and book appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Diligently manage and maintain estimate schedules.
- Process and record payments with accuracy.
- Develop and manage customer files and ensure that all necessary paperwork is filed appropriately.
- Educate our valued customers about our comprehensive nationwide warranty program.
- Direct customers' feedback and questions to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out procedures for vehicles pre and post-repair.
- Establish initial appraisal files and consistently maintain the estimating system.
- Proactively manage customer communication updates.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as they arise.
Operational Duties:
- Transport customers' vehicles to our vendors for any sublets work, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Support the daily operations of the shop, including organizing vehicle parking and maintaining the cleanliness of the front office.
- Address any other operational needs as they emerge.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a service or retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Familiarity with Collision Repair Estimating/Management System is an advantage.
- Stellar communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with all levels of staff and customers.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Possession of a valid and clean Driver’s License – Alberta Class 5 or equivalent.
