The Sow's Ear Medical Clinic is seeking a new physician to join our family practice. We are looking for a physician that can join us in a full-time capacity to take over an established practice of a recently retired Physician in the coming year(s). We are a busy clinic with a cohesive group of 6 family physicians, one of whom is a specialist in addictions medicine, as well as an on-site phlebotomist. We pride ourselves on having close community connections and maintaining a small-town family atmosphere in what is otherwise a very busy profession.

Lantzville is a quaint town located on the outskirts of North Nanaimo; amenities are easily accessible with a short drive (5-10 minutes). Boasting beautiful coastal views of the Georgia Strait, Lantzville offers the best of both worlds with easy access to Victoria, Mount Washington, Courtenay and a 20 min flight to Vancouver! Whilst we serve surrounding cities, Lantzville itself has a population of fewer than 4,000 people and truly offers the best of both worlds with access to the hustle and bustle of surrounding cities but the warmth and community that comes with a ‘local’ Family Practice.
