We have 1 vacancy for a full-time year round Accounting Administrator. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented administrative star to join our team!
This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and feels confident communicating with colleagues and customers. If you thrive on building positive working relationships and take pride in keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation:
$20 - $24 per hour, based on experience.
The ideal candidate is:

Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Organized and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy

An effective communicator, both verbally and written

Discreet and trustworthy with confidential financial information

Adaptable to new systems and open to process improvements

Skilled in coordination and follow-up

Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset
What will you be doing?
-
Prepare and submit financing applications and partner invoicing.
-
Post journal entries related to partner programs and vendor rebates.
-
Communicate with partners regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiries.
-
Support logistics with outgoing/incoming documentation.
-
Process and apply cash receipts accurately.
-
Handle partner registrations and financing checks.
-
Follow up on outstanding account balances.

Assist with reporting and data entry for sales analysis.

About Legend Boats

Every year, we take selected Team Members to conferences all over North America, including Dreamforce in San Francisco, and MDCE in Orlando. Our Sales People are enrolled in highly respected sales training programs and all of our Shop and Service staff have the option of attending Mercury University to become Merc Certified. We don’t believe in being good enough, we believe in being excellent, superb, fantastic and having that all-around WOW factor!
We’re always cooking up something new and fun for our Team Members. It’s very important to take a step back from the daily routine to just let loose and bond with some people you doin’t normally work closely with.
