Orchard Medical Centre, located in Port Alberni, has an opportunity for an additional physician to start a new practice or consider taking over an established patient panel from the current physician who is considering eventual retirement. As they transition to full retirement, the current physician is interested in providing part-time clinic hours.

The clinic is located in a 3-level building which is owned by the current physician. There is ample space on the upper floor for another practitioner, as well as office and record storage space in the basement. The existing clinic is located on the main floor of the structure.

With an experienced MOA, whether you are looking to start your own practice or are ready to eventually take over an established practice, there are many opportunities here to make it your own. The existing family practice of 43 years is paper-based, with electronic billing. This allows you to choose your own preferred EMR, if desired.
