Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development efforts, ensuring project delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Expand service offerings, drive portfolio growth, and increase revenue streams.
- Engage in RFPs/RFIs, managing solution definition, financial constructs, and overall submission excellence.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing mid to large-sized clients (Annual Revenue > $25M USD).
- Expertise in handling complex customer organizations with a track record of exponential account growth.
- Strong customer relationship management, particularly at the C-suite level , establishing deep trust and showcasing industry knowledge.
- Ability to proactively identify business challenges and craft compelling solutions.
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments and working across multiple departments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a high-energy, results-driven approach.
- Authorization to work in Canada.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP (ECC/S4 Hana) and an understanding of digital technologies (UI/UX, Data, Cloud, Automation, etc.).
- Background in manufacturing or agro-industry .
- Consulting, solutioning, and product-selling experience.
