About the role

Job Description:

Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Project Specialist III to join the Rewards & Performance (R&P) Centre of Excellence (COE) for Canada. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering employee-centric projects, particularly in health and welfare benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional who excels in understanding complex processes, managing cross-functional collaboration, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple projects to maximize resource use and productivity.
  • Analyze existing project operations and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate decision-making processes and information flow across internal teams and external partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor project schedules, status, and deliverables while managing risks and ensuring timely updates.
  • Collaborate with People Excellence Partners (PEP) and vendors to deliver high-impact results.
  • Support change management strategies to promote the adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Document workflows, key decisions, and lessons learned for future process improvement.
  • Use data tools and reporting dashboards to measure impact and support strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (HR focus preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project analysis, business process improvement, or a similar function.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex processes quickly.
  • Proven project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to liaise across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or MS Project.
  • Strong data analysis capabilities using Excel; Power BI proficiency preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
