We’re looking for a roll-up your sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a Delivery Associate Iin Vancouver, BC.

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers. The Delivery Associate I is an important part of the operations team and is responsible for ensuring that our customer’s expectations and needs are fully satisfied.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs timely delivery of coffee and related products to the customers on an assigned route (approximately 20 deliveries per day);
  • Performs preventive maintenance in order to decrease the number of service calls.
  • Maintain a safe work environment following all legislative requirements and Company policies and procedures.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma;
  • 1 year in similar driving/delivery role;
  • Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;

COMPETENCIES

  • Bilingualism in concerned provinces;

  • Strong communication skills;

  • Strong customer service skills;

  • Demonstrated computer literacy including working knowledge of email, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet. Applications, and inventory control software;

  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
