Personal Lines Sales & Customer Service Broker
Company: Reliable Insurance Brokers
Location: Hybrid (High Park, Toronto) → Remote after onboarding
Reliable Insurance Brokers is growing and looking for a motivated Personal Lines Sales & Customer Service Broker to join our team. This role blends customer service, policy management, and new business sales. You'll support existing clients, close provided leads, and uphold the highest standards of underwriting accuracy and client care.
Work Arrangement
This position begins as hybrid: for the first 3 months, you’ll work 3–4 days per week from our High Park, Toronto office to receive in-person training and team support.
Once consistent results are achieved, you’ll transition to a fully remote position. We believe in a results-based meritocracy—flexibility is earned through performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal lines portfolio, including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and day-to-day client service.
Provide prompt, knowledgeable, and professional customer support.
Ensure full compliance with RIBO and all relevant regulations.
Maintain complete and accurate client documentation.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service and sales goals.
Follow up with provided leads and generate new business to earn commissions and bonuses.
What You Bring
RIBO license (required before your start date)
1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in insurance
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and insurance management platforms
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $45,000 annually
New business commissions
Renewal retention bonuses
3 weeks of paid vacation
Leads provided to support your success
Hybrid onboarding with transition to remote upon proven performance
