Job Purpose

The Clé de Peau Beauté Ambassador is responsible for executing successful events and sales support in Pharmarpix dans la region de Montréal while representing the brand in terms of customer service, artistry, image, passion and productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales & Education Executive to execute Clé de Peau Beauté events
  • Responsible for contributing to achieve event sales goals
  • Responsible for providing all clients with the Clé de Peau Beauté experience
  • Responsible for “pulling” clients
  • Responsible for providing sales support during Clé de Peau Beauté driven events in various retailers
  • Communicate and partner with Sales & Education Executive
  • Ensure the Clé de Peau Beauté wall meets expectations of cleanliness and seasonal newness
  • Conduct or participate in various special events, marketing, and promotional activities

Additional Responsibilities

  • Act as a Clé de Peau Ambassador
  • Provide well-articulated tips and tricks for new collections
  • Be an impactful presence in stores whether it be sales support days or an event

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the Luxury Cosmetics industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-driven
  • Customer-focused
  • Passion for Cosmetics
  • Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset
  • Must be available Wednesday-Saturday
