About the role

The Role The Business Administrator is responsible for achieving the sales target by ensuring alignment with relevant internal rules regarding sales right, contractual clause, pricing, cost transparency etc. This key position provides transparent and complete Sales performance controlling and is in charge of implementing and maintaining commercial sales topics in the Factory.

Your Tasks:

  • Contract Management / Contract Structuring for internal and external business (Contract Analysis, clarifications, deviations, contractual risk evaluation, insurance coverages)
  • Develop and implement Sales related financing, where applicable
  • Offer calculations: Responsibility for the commercial correctness, Creditworthiness check of external customers, and support process of project execution to Marketing Team.
  • Participation of commercial negotiations with Customers
  • Productivity Controlling for processes within sales and order management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or related engineering fields.
  • 5+ years management experience in manufacturing.
  • Proven leadership/team management skills with the ability to optimize processes, finance performance and product development.
  • Good experience in SAP and MS Office
  • Good experience in Strategic view, Management skills, Negotiation Techniques Knowledge in Contract Management, Presentation Skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm, Assertiveness and proactiveness. Desire and willingness to transfer knowledge is necessary
