Baskin Robbins South Vancouver Location is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Be able to learn to make all Baskin Robbins products including scoops, sundaes, milkshakes

• scheduling and inventory

• maintain Provincial and brand standard food safety requirements

• Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the retail store

• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns

• Cashiering duties, including processing transactions and handling cash

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are properly stocked and displayed

• Assist with retail sales, including upselling and cross-selling products

• Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Handle phone calls professionally and maintain proper phone etiquette

Skills:

• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience
• Retail sales experience to drive sales and meet targets
• Cash handling skills to accurately process transactions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50-$21.00 per hour
