Rasa is a vibrant and community-focused restaurant known for our seasonal menus, warm atmosphere, and dedicated team. We’re currently looking for an experienced and dynamic server to join our small, tight-knit front-of-house team as we head into a busy patio season.

About the Role:
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about hospitality and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of food and beverage, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, knowledgeable, and attentive service to all guests
• Confidently guide guests through our menu and beverage offerings
• Manage multiple tables with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a clean and organized section and support general cleanliness in the restaurant
• Handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism

Qualifications:

• 3 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and service etiquette
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and communication skills
• Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
• Smart Serve certification (required)
