Responsibilities
- Process quotations and sales orders in the ERP system while verifying pricing margins and ensuring accuracy.
- Analyze competitor pricing, assist with pricing structures, and provide market feedback to support strategic decision-making.
- Support technical inquiries by interpreting equipment manuals and facilitating communication between teams and customers.
- Collaborate with the aftermarket department to enhance processes, analyze performance metrics, and develop marketing and training materials.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding inquiries, shipment schedules, tracking numbers, and service updates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with SAP is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of spare parts sales, equipment manuals, and the quotation/sales order process.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including emails, work orders, and picklists.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
Hourly: $20 - $24/hour
