About the role

Position: Executive Assistant to Founder (Part-Time to Start, with Full-Time Growth Potential)

Company: Painter Growth Ventures

Location: Lower Mainland, BC (Hybrid – mostly remote, with occasional local errands/coordination)

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: Start at 20 hours/week with flexibility to grow into a full-time role

Compensation: $25–$35/hour (based on experience) + potential for benefits as role expands

Painter Growth is hiring a high-level Executive Assistant to support Jesse Teron—entrepreneur, coach, and partner in a fast-scaling business that helps painting contractors grow into 7- and 8-figure entrepreneurs.

What You’ll Be Doing: Including but not limited to

  • Calendar & Email Management – own the schedule, confirm appointments, prep Jesse for key meetings

  • Project Coordination – take a vision or idea from Jesse and run with it. Own the outcome and get it done.

  • Personal Errands & Family Logistics – help coordinate the day-to-day outside the business (travel, appointments, gifts, etc.)

  • Workflow & Task Management – use tools like Asana to organize priorities and track progress

  • Content & Brand Support – help coordinate content, email follow-ups, podcast logistics, and more

  • Vendor & Team Liaison – communicate clearly with contractors, clients, and internal team members

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have 3+ years experience supporting founders or executives directly
  • Work exceptionally well independently, especially in a remote-first role
  • Love solving problems and turning chaos into clarity
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
  • Live near Cloverdale or South Surrey and can help with the occasional in-person task
  • Are naturally upbeat, discreet, and great with people

  • Notion or Asana
  • Zoom
  • Slack
  • Canva (for light design tasks is a bonus)
  • Chat GPT
