What You’ll Do:
As our Junior Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in improving our internal systems, streamlining workflows, and supporting technology that helps us serve our clients better. You’ll work closely with our accountants and leadership to analyze current processes, identify opportunities for digital efficiency, and help implement practical tech solutions.
Your Day-to-Day:
• Examine and document operational workflows, internal systems, and identify areas for process improvement.

• Support digital client onboarding, secure document handling, and internal recordkeeping.
• Maintain and improve performance, system security, and data compliance—especially for sensitive financial data.
• Align technology initiatives with firm-wide business goals by working closely with leadership.
• Help streamline operations across tax, incorporation, and bookkeeping services using simple and effective tech solutions.
• Support IT-related tasks such as system updates, backups, and managing secure cloud storage environments.
• Analyze, capture, and validate core business and technical requirements through stakeholder engagement and data-driven insights.

Tools & Techniques You'll Use:
• Business analysis: requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis.
• Documentation: use cases, user stories, test cases.
• Workflow tools: Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart.
• Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace.
• Accounting software familiarity: QuickBooks, Xero (preferred or willing to learn).
• Data management: Excel (advanced), basic SQL for data validation.
• Issue tracking and testing: Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Some experience in technical support, business analysis, or operations improvement—finance-related background a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a drive to optimize processes through technology.
• Comfortable working in a small team and wearing multiple hats.
• Eager to learn and grow in the field of business analysis within financial services.
