We sell a niche product so interest in sewing strongly desired as it will greatly help when customers ask for product recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers

• Provide customers with recommendations for their sewing projects

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries

• Package online orders

• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

Skills:

• Knowledge of fabric and sewing

• Strong attention to detail (our fabric is cut to size)

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

• Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory and displays

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
