Job Description Position Overview: This position is responsible for providing primary support to the Originators and coordinating logistics for commodity shipments in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with contract maintenance and prepares settlements for customers
- Assists with invoicing and collections
- Manage customer problems with shipments
- Reviews receivables and payables needing additional paperwork to complete processing and initiates the follow-up communication
- Handles corn logistics for corn coming into the elevator
- Assists Originators with any administrative tasks
- Facilitate trading activities when required
What is expected of you and others at this level:
- Performs routine, entry-level assignments with a moderate degree of supervision
- Has developed knowledge and skills through job related training or considerable experience
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction in a positive manner
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- College Diploma (or the equivalent in work experience)
- 1-3 years’ relevant experience required
