Role Description
This is an internship hybrid role for a Sales Representative located in Toronto, ON with an option for some work-from-home activities. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients, making sales calls, presenting products, and documenting customer interactions. Additional duties include maintaining relationships with existing clients, conducting market research, and participating in sales meetings. The intern will work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Basic understanding of copiers, printers, and document solutions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
