About the role
Job Duties:
This role is backfilling a hire who, as stated, could not type or speak French fluently. - -
We are looking for a detail-oriented Rebate/Pricing Coordinator. - -The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing various types of rebate claims, ensuring compliance with price agreements, and coordinating related activities, while providing quality customer service by responding to and resolving disputes for internal and external inquiries.- - - - This role requires a strong ability to manage multiple priorities, an ease of understanding the business, and strong, effective communication skills in both English and fluent French. - -
Responsibilities:
• Manage the customer profile pricing agreements with direction from different business units with our
internal tools.
• Maintain accurate pricing in various tools and ensure timely updates.
• Provide support for pricing-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and resolve pricing claims and discrepancies to ensure accurate billing and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the claims department to address and resolve any pricing-related issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Channel Representatives, and Price Authorizers to process various requests.
• Work closely with Accounts Receivable (AR) to match and clear invoices.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of data entry, as it is price-sensitive.
Role Requirements:
• Creation, maintenance, and modification of customer profile pricing agreements in compliance with
directives from Sales Representatives, Channel Managers, and Distributors.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Bilingual - French / English, strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in pricing analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel is essential to be successful in this role.
• Ability to work effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and take ownership of projects.
• Ability to analyze data and present actionable results.
• Other duties as required for the job.
