We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in functional analysis and Solutions Design, with an in-depth knowledge of Corporate Systems such as group insurance platforms. You will be a technical leader involved in all stages of the System Development Life Cycle, from gathering strategic needs to resolving critical incidents, designing intuitive solutions and supporting delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and leadership in the event of incident escalation or service interruptions, making sure incidents are resolved effectively.
  • Provide advice and expert knowledge on the technical feasibility of proposed deliverables.
  • Identify, recommend, source, negotiate and design solutions to enhance stakeholder experience.
  • Produce documentation for the user community (such as release notes).
  • Work with developers and QA specialists to ensure that the detailed design is clearly understood and that developments are aligned with the design, participating in delivery teams to ensure the delivery of quality products.
  • Collaborate with the Health &Welfare product teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance and industry standards for collective benefits

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Management, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Insurance or equivalent)

Personal Attributes:
