A Day in a life of a Customer Retention Specialist - Edmonton NW

  • Build strong customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
  • Understanding customer's needs by providing the solutions that fits them best
  • Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and how we can help them achieve their goals on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers by interacting with them on a daily basis
  • Support retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, the merchandising and the maintenance of the store
  • Manage accounts receivables by monitoring overdue accounts on a weekly basis
