About the role
We are currently seeking a Part time Barista to join our amazing Made Market team located in the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre Regina, SK.
We will be flexible on shift times for the right candidate. Weekend availability is an absolute requirement. Our current hours of operation are 6:30am-4:30pm. 7 days a week.
The position will require cheerful and courteous service to our café customers. You will sell and serve products to the customer, anticipate customer needs, and apply proper service techniques in a professional manner all while maintaining a clean and comfortable coffee shop environment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude at all times.
- Establish rapport and connect with customers by immediate acknowledgement and greeting.
- Follow all operational policies and procedures as established by DoubleTree Knowledge of all products, drink service and preparation as per DoubleTree standards (full training will be provided)
Qualifications:
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Preference is for previous trained Barista's however not an absolute requirement
- Safe food handling and updated WHMIS
- Previous Barista and POS experience is required
- Customer service experience is an absolute requirement
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to work in fast-pace setting
- Excellent communication skills
