About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle a range of internal coordination tasks, system updates, and cross-departmental support functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, and have strong administrative skills, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and update internal records across multiple systems and platforms
- Support document preparation and ensure timely execution of key paperwork
- Track and follow up on time-sensitive internal processes
- Coordinate schedules, maintain digital filing systems, and support various teams with day-to-day tasks
- Liaise with multiple departments to help resolve administrative issues and streamline operations
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
What You Bring
- 1+ year of experience in a detail-focused administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of accuracy, especially when working with data and documents
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize tasks under pressure
