POSITION: Compounding Team Assistant
LOCATION: Oshawa, Ontario
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent, full time, on-site (remote work is not available at this time)
HOURS WORKED: 37.5/week

POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and hardworking Compounding Team Assistant (CTA) to join our growing team! The CTA will help the compounding team with various tasks. Working in a dynamic environment, the candidate shall be adaptable, dependable and a team player. Hours of work will be Mondays - Thursdays from 12:00PM to 8:00PM and Sundays from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. Aved's standard hours are from 6:00AM to 8:00PM and the days and hours of the schedule shifts may change depending on company needs. The right candidate must be flexible to work within these hours.

General Responsibilities & Essential Functions:

• Preparing the packaging for various products (i.e. bags, boxes, etc.)
• Maintaining an inventory of supplies
• Printing various labels for products
• Labeling various products
• Processing orders
• Scanning and filing documentation
• Arrange and schedule deliveries
• Adhering to all health and safety policies and regulations at all times
• Keeping a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Assisting the Compounding Team with any other tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Previous experience in an office or pharmacy environment is an asset
• A positive and hardworking attitude
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google G Suites preferred
• Must be able to lift 25lbs boxes around an office environment
