We have an immediate opening for a Sales Representative in our Milton, ON branch
The Sales Representative reports to the Branch Manager. This position will play an integral role in communicating with our current clients which will include visits to client locations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building additional new business. The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar position and have a professional manner with the ability to deal with a diverse group of people.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Service
- Manage existing client relationships with regular communication and regular on site visits
- Source out new leads for clients for sales team
- Set up of new clients including facilitating the completion of the credit application and forwarding to Head Office for review and approval
- Achieve sales targets set for assigned sales area
- Ensure compliant use of upcoming CRM system by all applicable staff
- Ensure full RIMEX product range is being offered at appropriate margins
Education:
- Completed post secondary education in a technical or mechanical field of study or equivalent experience
Other Skills & Abilities
- 3 – 5 years sales experience preferably in a agricultural, manufacturing, distribution or mining environment
- Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
- Previous experience with ERP software (Syteline) an asset
- Previous experience using MSFT Dynamics CRM an asset
- Self-directed, resourceful, motivated, results oriented
- Solid Customer service skills and excellent at building relationships
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal appropriately with sensitive issues
- Superior time management skills in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Sound judgment and decision making ability
