What You'll Do: Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager at Zumiez, you will:

  • Develop and Empower Teams: Support the training, coaching, and development of a high-performing sales team to build depth and drive results.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Lead both individual and store-wide sales initiatives to meet and exceed company profit goals.
  • Execute Operational Excellence: Champion the daily execution of merchandising, product flow, and operational tasks to keep the store running smooth and sharp.

  • Dependable, flexible, and ready to work a dynamic schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and naturally skilled at creating a welcoming and engaging customer experience.
  • A highly motivated, competitive, and energetic leader who is committed to both personal and team success.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, customer service excellence, and the ability to coach others on both.
  • Proven ability to maintain operational standards while juggling multiple priorities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.20-$20.55 per hour

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
