Marmon Industrial Water’s Rental Equipment Services/ Mobile team is currently seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic individual to join the team.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by managing customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting the external sales team. This role is based in our Burlington office.

- Follow up on leads through calls and email contact, partnering with the Sales team.
- Educate prospective clients on MIW’s Mobile Equipment offerings.
- Provide timely information and quotations to customers.
- Provide high quality customer service and present information to customer requests in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Act as a technical consultant to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Build long term customer relationships through regular communication.
- Generate sales leads, follow up on quotations and finalize orders.
- Utilize and maintain our customer database to manage and support all sales efforts.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to support revenue growth.
- Support the activities of the field Sales team.
Qualifications, Skills, Competencies
- University or College Degree with a technical or business focus is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a sales and/or business development role.
- Exposure to industrial water equipment is a strong asset.
- Desire to learn about industrial water treatment equipment.
- Understanding and ability to interpret engineered drawings is an asset.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually on multifaceted tasks and projects.
- Strong ability to learn independently and through job specific training.
