Dasro is looking for an IT Project Manager for one of its clients in Saskatoon, SK

Location: Saskatoon, SK – Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Experience Level: Intermediate (4–9+ years)

Duration: One year contract with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in project delivery, planning, management, and control of project schedules, costs, and deliverables.
• Effectively keep management and stakeholders informed and up to date.
• Manage all phases of project work, including all process work required to move projects through their lifecycle.
• Complete project status reports and documentation necessary to move work through company’s processes.
• Work effectively in a multi-stakeholder project environment to achieve alignment on project outcomes.
• Simultaneously lead multiple complex projects through the analysis, design, development, and implementation of information technologies.
• Provide reporting on project progress and performance as guided by BTS Project Portfolio reporting expectations.

Project Management Expectations:

• Work independently and proactively.
• Build and manage project schedules, assigning and tracking tasks to core project team members.
• Conduct daily project stand-ups and bi-weekly management updates.
• Manage project issues, actions, risks, and key decision items.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management and experience delivering SCM projects for large ERP systems, specifically SAP .
• Proven IT project management experience, including both technical and people leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project for the Web and Jira .
• Ability to use SAP for accessing financial data for project reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
